The Michael Edward
Bell Foundation is a charitable project of the National Heritage
Foundation. The purpose of the National Heritage Foundation is to
conduct charitable activities that tend to restore, maintain and
extend our national heritage of people helping others. The National
Heritage Foundation will not approve or undertake project activities
that promote violence, atheism or programs that undermine our
freedoms granted in the US Constitution.

The Michael Edward Bell Foundation operates its activities within the parameters established by the National Heritage Foundation (see WWW.NHF.ORG) and IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) . As an administrator of public foundations, the National Heritage Foundation acts as an overseer of the Michael Edward Bell Foundation to insure its growth and prevent abuses common with private foundations. |

The Michael Edward Bell Foundation was formed to assist society in safeguarding its children and reduce the reoccurrence of another family experiencing the senseless loss of a loved one. Our mission is threefold: Teach that there are cures for addictions. Teach that unbiased law review promotes quality change. Enable peace keepers to understand the effects of modern day post-traumatic stress and how it effects law enforcement. The three fold mission will be carried out through education and grant making that fit within the framework described above. |
